Join a leading multinational airline holding company as an Oracle Solution Architect and play a critical role in delivering enterprise-scale HR transformation! In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance architecture across a complex global environment. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state architectures and drive delivery assurance across engineering teams.

Contract Length: 6 months (with visibility to extend)

Contract Rate: Β£850 per day (inside IR35)

Location: London (hybrid – 3 days per week on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and design end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solution architecture aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead the creation of to-be business, integration, and data architectures, documenting decisions via architectural decision records (ADR).
  • Oversee engineering delivery, ensuring alignment with defined architecture and quality standards.
  • Design and implement scalable integration strategies across Oracle Cloud and third-party vendor solutions.
  • Navigate and optimise complex HRIS landscapes within a large enterprise environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership, governance, and assurance across programmes and projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including experience in a Solution Architect role.
  • Strong expertise in integration and data architecture, particularly across Oracle Cloud and multi-vendor ecosystems.
  • Proven experience working in complex, enterprise-scale HRIS environments.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across both technical and business domains.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Strong understanding of architectural governance and documentation practices.
