We are embarking on a major digital transformation, and Microsoft Copilot is at the heart of it. We are looking for a talented Solution Architect with strong EUX and Microsoft 365 expertise to help design, govern, and deliver our Copilot platform across the organisation.

If you are passionate about AI‑driven productivity and building safe, scalable enterprise platforms, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and configuring M365 Copilot platform architecture
  • Creating guardrails, governance, and policies for:
    • Copilot
    • Copilot Lite
    • Copilot Studio
    • AI Agents
  • Defining safe integration patterns with third‑party tools and internal systems
  • Collaborating closely with AI, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Transformation teams
  • Producing technical documentation, best‑practice guidance, and deployment standards
  • Supporting pilot rollouts, troubleshooting, and transitioning the platform to steady-state operations

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background as a Solution Architect within M365 / EUX
  • Hands‑on experience with Copilot, Microsoft Graph, or AI‑enabled M365 features
  • Deep understanding of security, identity, compliance, and governance in Microsoft cloud
  • Experience building and implementing technical policies and governance frameworks
  • Ability to work across technical & non‑technical teams
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset aligned to transformational change
