Our client is a well‑established Northern Ireland-based construction contractor, delivering high‑quality projects across the residential market. With a growing pipeline of projects they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager initially to be based in Co.

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

  • Managing all on‑site activities from start to completion
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, CDM regulations and company procedures
  • Maintaining programme schedules and driving site progress
  • Conducting site meetings and liaising with project and commercial teams
  • Ensuring quality control, snagging and handovers are completed to a high standard
  • Representing the company professionally with clients and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Proven experience working as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor with a Main Contractor
  • Strong background in new build residential projects
  • Excellent leadership and site coordination skills
  • In‑depth understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Relevant tickets such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
  • Ability to manage programmes, subcontractors and quality control
  • Strong communication skills and a hands‑on approach to site delivery
  • Full UK driving licence
