Established over 25 years, this Independent leading Lloyd’s Insurance and Reinsurance Broker is rapidly growing. With offices based in the UK and overseas, they have won some major accounts recently and are looking to expand. A job vacancy has arisen for a permanent very senior North American Property Broker, who can oversee the division to work within an established team.
Your new job will be a Placing Broker placing predominantly North American Property risks as well as some other classes. The role will include Account Management of large accounts, placing risks into Lloyd's and company markets, and developing the accounts. There will be opportunities to travel overseas. You will be dealing with both Binding Authority and Open Market North American business. You must be able to place, develop, and grow complex NA property accounts and have the capabilities to step up to a director role.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Several years of experience of placing highly complex North American Property risks into Lloyd’s and company markets.
- An enthusiastic driven individual, with both Binders and Open Market experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the markets.
- Proven experience in growing/developing a North American Property Book.
