As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be accountable for the quality, direction and effectiveness of UX/UI design outcomes within your squad. You will lead the design approach for complex problem spaces, owning decisions from discovery through to implementation. You are expected to actively shape product direction through design, identifying risks, opportunities and trade-offs early, and ensure design outcomes support both customer needs and delivery goals.

Strong experience in a transformational digital environment ideally within telecommunications.

  • Expert knowledge of end-to-end UX design processes, with experience applying advanced UX principles and methodologies to complex projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to connect design decisions to user needs, product strategy and business objectives.
  • Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, Adobe CC and scalable design systems.
  • Strong experience applying user research, usability testing, analytics and experimentation to make evidence-based design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex design rational to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

This role provides hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Paddington, London.
