You will lead the delivery of governance and company secretarial services across a large portfolio of clients. This is a senior leadership role combining technical expertise, operational oversight, and commercial responsibility. You will oversee end-to-end governance processes, manage and develop teams across multiple locations, act as a senior adviser on complex matters, and drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the function.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Significant experience within a senior company secretarial or governance role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK company law.
