As the successful HR Partner, you will be an experienced BP with a track record of advising and influencing global SLT, and in other firms, may have a 'Senior BP' title. You will be able to translate business strategy into practical people actions, understand workforce planning and budgeting, be skilled at driving a talent agenda, be comfortable leading change, including structural change and be technically excellent operationally. Experience with works councils will be well received and, given the trading population, the SLT have a preference for a commercial BP who has previously supported a trading population.
