Richards@hays. com Your new company Your new job working as a Senior Commercial Account Executive will be working with a new and exciting Broking firm who are now on track to exceed 10m by the end of this financial year.
Alongside this, staff numbers have grown from 3 people to 9 people.
The business is now looking to grow through acquisition organically and their next target is to establish an MGA after rationalisation of the current book of business.
Due to this substantial growth, they are now seeking a Permanent Senior Commercial Account Executive to join their team.
Your new role Your new job working as a Senior Commercial Account Executive handling the placement of largely real estate and construction risks, from inception to completion and manage a complex client book.
Duties will include insuring clients along the developer journey from prior to site acquisition with legal indemnities and rights of light, through construction project insurance and into real estate insurance on completed assets.
Alongside day-to-day insurance placing work, you will be working to finalise book transfers of existing business into preferred partner insurers, with the aim that this will represent the basis of a large enough book to agree Delegated Authority with our selected partners.
This job is heavily retail with only a small amount of wholesale business which falls on the property and real estate side of the business.
Further duties include preparing renewal packs, schedules, certificates as well as processing invoices, etc.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling Property (split of Commercial and Residential), PI, Legal Indemnity, D&O and Commercial combined.
What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience working as a Senior Account Executive will contribute to your success in securing this role.
Preferably you will have 7-10 years’ experience and be able to confidently use Acturis.
You will enjoy working for a Broking House where you can grow, and you will be able to see how your decisions impact and grow the business.
