The role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful changeacross compensation, benefits and reward strategy.Working as part of acollaborative HR team, you will lead the development and delivery of the firm'stotal reward offering, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across HR,Finance and the wider business. The position will be hands on, with responsibilityfor reviewing and enhancing existing reward frameworks, evaluating andimproving employee benefits, supporting annual compensation processes, andproviding data-led insights to inform business decisions. You will also play akey role in the organisation's transition to Workday, making previousexperience of the platform highly advantageous. We are looking for anexperienced Reward professional can quickly establish credibility within theorganisation. You will have a strong background spanning compensation,benefits, job evaluation, salary benchmarking and reward analytics, ideallygained within a professional services environment.
