Join a leading telecommunications company as a TSA Compliance Analyst, playing a key role in supporting security, risk, and regulatory compliance across a high-profile Telecoms Security Act (TSA) programme.

As a TSA Compliance Analyst, you will support the organisation's adherence to TSA requirements, with a particular focus on supply chain security and asset management controls. The role involves reviewing, challenging, and validating compliance across systems, processes, and third-party arrangements, while contributing to continuous improvement of assurance and reporting practices.

Role Details

  • Location: Reading (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
  • Daily Rate: £400 per day (inside IR35)
  • Contract Length: 26 weeks (with visibility to extend)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify non-compliance, control gaps, and inconsistencies, and support remediation activities
  • Review and assess TSA compliance across systems, processes, and third-party arrangements
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of TSA measures and their practical application
  • Support consistent interpretation and implementation of TSA requirements across the organisations

Key Requirements

  • Experience in compliance, risk, audit, or assurance roles (TSA experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of working with regulatory frameworks and defined compliance measures
  • Proven ability to review processes, systems, and documentation against requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with contractual or formal documentation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams
