To lead this, we are seeking a Business Manager or Business Director with deep expertise in the SAP recruitment market. We need a proven leader with the gravitas, credibility and market knowledge to immediately plug into the SAP ecosystem and shape the strategy from day one. A strong SAP recruitment background with a clear understanding of modules, technologies, talent pools, and client landscapes ~4–5+ years’ experience in SAP or wider enterprise tech recruitment ~ Proven experience building client relationships, winning large accounts, and influencing senior stakeholders ~ Ambition, commercial edge and the desire to create something new within a major organisation This is the chance to build and grow a practice from scratch, without the risk of doing it alone.
