A Financial Services client seeking an exceptionally strong HR Operations professional for a 12‑month FTC, with potential to extend or go permanent. This role needs someone who is technically excellent, detail‑driven and confident managing both BAU Ops and continuous process improvement.

The Role:

  • Deliver high‑quality HR Operations support across the employee lifecycle
  • Own and improve HR processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Work confidently across Workday and wider HR tools
  • Manage tickets and workflow through ServiceNow, Jira or similar systems
  • Use Excel and Power Automate to streamline reporting and automation
  • Maintain a meticulous approach to data, documentation and compliance

You’ll bring:

  • Strong HR Operations experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Technical confidence with Workday (essential)
