Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all stages of delivery
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and manage project programmes
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project teams
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Chair project meetings and provide regular reports
- Undertake site visits and inspections
- Manage procurement and tender processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining client relationships
Key requirements
