Your new role You'll play a key role in a major transformation programme, overseeing the successful implementation of a new Resource Management System, shaping the future operating model, managing supplier performance, and leading a team responsible for the ongoing development and optimisation of the service. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence across business, operational and technology functions.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience leading or owning workforce management, rostering, scheduling or resource management platforms within a large, complex organisation.
Product Leadership, Product Owner or equivalent experience, including roadmap ownership, prioritisation and service improvement.
Strong understanding of workforce deployment, resource allocation, demand planning or operational rostering environments.
Experience managing third-party suppliers and external technology partners, ensuring services deliver against business needs.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across operational, business and technology functions.
Track record of delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes involving people, process, systems and data.
Strong leadership skills with experience developing and managing high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, supported by the use of data, user insight and performance metrics.
Experience working within highly regulated, operationally critical environments.
Exposure to blue-light services, emergency services, public sector organisations or other large operational workforces would be highly advantageous.
