Consultant: Jo Allsop Hays office: London-City — 5th Floor, 107 Cheapside, Phone: 0203 465 0113Email: joanne. allsop@hays. com Global, privately held software firm with c4,000 employees and an increasing presence in Europe, including London and the DACH region.

Their growth is largely attributed to multiple acquisitions.

Reporting to the Global Head of TA based in North America and partnering with European business leaders, you will lead and execute senior and exec hiring, often with a bias to tech, across Europe.

Working autonomously, you will lead 8-10 European searches at any one time with an onus on SLT appointments.

As an experienced Recruiter, you will also help evolve the European talent function, bringing maturity and best practice.

As a Recruiter, you will come from a high-volume, unstructured environment – given the acquisitive, portfolio element of this firm, familiarity with SME or change-based environments is preferred to exclusive plc, blue-chip type experience.

Experience in fintech or SME tech would be ideal.

You will have a track record of personally delivering VP / C level permanent hires, from conception to completion, and be skilled in knowing how and when to partner with suppliers.

You will enjoy being hands-on, delivery focused and have an appreciation of the nuances that come with European-based hiring.

In-house experience is strongly preferred.

Permanent role, based 3 days per week in the city, paying 95,000 with benefits.
