You'll be working for a varied client base including national and international businesses, insolvency administrators and office holders, directors, shareholders, lenders, asset-based lenders, bondholders, creditors, private equity, distressed debt funds, pension scheme trustees and landlords.
The caseload will include formal insolvency and financial restructuring plus some exposure to insolvency litigation (both insolvency office-holders and defendants), fraud and asset-tracing.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile restructuring and insolvency matters, advising boards of large corporates, start‑ups and scale‑ups through periods of financial stress and distress.
