Your new role In your role as a Property & Casualty Development Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting profitable new business and renewals whilst contributing to the development and growth of the portfolio.
Some of your key responsibilities will be assessing and evaluating risks to ensure profitability, alongside meeting personal KPIs and contributing to team goals.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you must have proven Underwriting experience handling Property and Casualty risks in a development and/or trading capacity.
You will possess excellent analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills along with a Commercial mindset and the drive to deliver results.
