Our client is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our proactive and friendly OH team based at their Head Office near Heathrow. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a high‑quality occupational health service that supports a fast‑paced, dynamic business and helps maintain the wellbeing of colleagues across the organisation.

You’ll be joining a supportive, multi‑specialist team of OH Physicians and Advisors who work collaboratively to provide expert guidance on fitness for work, case management, sickness absence, and the prevention of work‑related ill health across ground, air, and international environments.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and confident working in a busy, evolving environment. Flexibility to travel and respond to changing business needs is essential.

About You

  • NMC Part 3 Registration with a minimum of 2 years’ occupational health experience
  • Previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, including case management, health & wellbeing initiatives, and workplace assessments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse workforce of managers and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑moving environment
  • A degree‑level Occupational Health qualification (highly desirable)
  • Experience within the aviation sector (advantageous)
