As a Claims Broker, you will be responsible for supporting the handling of North American Property and Special Risks claims from first notification through to settlement. Working closely with brokers, underwriters, coverholders and other key market stakeholders, you will help ensure claims are progressed efficiently while maintaining high service standards for clients and trading partners.

The role will involve managing claims documentation, maintaining diaries and records, monitoring delegated authority arrangements, producing claims reporting and loss runs, and supporting claims data analysis. You will gain exposure to a broad range of London Market claims activity whilst developing strong relationships across both internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous London Market claims experience gained within a broker, insurer or MGA environment. Exposure to North American Property business, Delegated Claims Authority arrangements or Binding Authority business would be advantageous, although not essential. You will possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of London Market processes, strong communication skills and a desire to build a long-term career within claims broking are also key requirements. Progress towards professional insurance qualifications would be viewed favourably.
