Overview
As an International Claims Broker at an established Lloyd's broker, you will manage international non-marine claims from first notification to settlement. You work closely with clients, insurers and loss adjusters to ensure timely, accurate outcomes. You will review cover, present claims, monitor progress and negotiate settlements, while sustaining market relationships. This role offers exposure to a varied international portfolio within a collaborative, technically focused team and clear development opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of International Non-Marine Claims from notification to settlement
- Act as main contact for clients, insurers, underwriters and loss adjusters
- Review policy coverage and present claims to insurers
- Monitor claim progression and negotiate settlements
- Provide regular updates to clients and maintain market relationships
- Contribute to delivering a high-class claims service across an international portfolio
Key requirements
- 2-5 years Lloyd's market claims experience
- Experience with International Non-Marine Claims
- Good understanding of London Market claims procedures and insurer relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills
- Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
