We are working with a leading social housing provider in Liverpool who are looking to appoint an experienced Neighbourhood Housing Officer on a temporary basis for three months, starting immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident housing professional who can quickly take ownership of a patch and deliver high-quality, customer-focused housing management.
You will manage a small patch of under 300 properties, allowing you to build strong relationships with tenants and provide proactive support across tenancy sustainment, ASB, income, and community engagement.
Your New Role Customer engagement - Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring visibility within the neighbourhood and identifying opportunities to strengthen community relationships.
Tenancy management - Deliver a full tenancy management service including sign-ups, settling-in visits, annual tenancy checks and ongoing tenancy sustainment support.
ASB casework - Manage all low and high-level ASB cases within your patch, ensuring early intervention and appropriate enforcement action.
