Your new company: We are currently seeking 2 experienced Multi-Skilled Tradespeople for an ASAP start, working on behalf of a social housing maintenance contractor in Leicestershire.
Your new role: Working across occupied and void residential properties, you will carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, delivering high-quality work in a customer-focused environment.
What you'll need to succeed: We are looking for operatives experienced in:
- Double glazing (repairs, seals, hinges & handles)
- External door repairs (locks, hinges, adjustments)
- Internal joinery (doors, skirting, architraves, handrails)
- Plastering (patch work)
- Kitchen repairs (units, worktops, sinks, taps)
- Basic plumbing
- External joinery & minor roof repairs
- Guttering repairs & replacements
- Wall & floor tiling
- Meter box repairs
Requirements:
- Previous social housing experience (essential)
- Trade qualification (preferred)
- Own tools
- Own transport
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
