As the Head of Compliance in London, you will take full ownership of the firm's compliance framework, ensuring it remains effective, proportionate, and fully aligned with FCA requirements. You will act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory matters, providing strategic guidance to the Board and senior leadership while embedding a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.
