A well-known telecoms business offers hybrid working 2 days a week in the office based in Reading, and 3 from home to an experienced Telecoms professional with significant Telecoms (Network) Compliance Asset Portfolio experience. (Ideally TSA /TCAP experience)
Your new role The TSA Asset Compliance Lead role is accountable for maintaining a clear, accurate, and controlled view of all assets in scope of TSA, and for co-ordinating and managing responses related to those assets in line with TSA measures.
By working closely with TSA, technology, and business teams, the role ensures that TSA-scoped assets are consistently identified, governed, and managed throughout their life cycle.
This role is accountable for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of the TSA consolidated asset portfolio. (TCAP) (This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the processes surrounding the TSA asset portfolio rather than carrying out detailed technical design.) The successful candidate will be able to oversee the TCAP process end-to-end, keep stakeholders aligned, manage incoming change requests and provide effective governance across the asset portfolio.
Responsibilities Overseeing TCAP processes and governance.
Managing BAU activities and ensuring process adherence.
Coordinating and tracking change requests.
Handling more complex stakeholder queries and escalations.
Supporting implementation and adoption of asset governance processes across the business.
Acting as the key point of coordination between compliance teams and technical SMEs.
What you'll need to succeed Strong governance, compliance, PMO or operational leadership background.
Experience owning processes and driving activities across multiple teams.
Confident in managing escalations and stakeholder communications.
Comfortable working within complex technical environments.
Telecoms or network infrastructure awareness would be beneficial.
What you'll get in return Hybrid work -2 days a week in the office in Reading and 3 working from home 6-month interim assignment Day rate £590 per day via an umbrella company and in scope of IR35.
