Joining a small HR Team as an HR Associate, you will be responsible for providing an excellent onboarding experience for new joiners, working alongside senior business partners to improve processes and focus on strategic business projects across development, performance and engagement. You will mentor junior team members, deliver best practice while continually offering expertise on policies and procedures.
We’re looking for someone with prior experience in HR administration or HR operations who can work collaboratively in a team, building strong connections that breed successful working relationships. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, a detail oriented and analytical mindset. Skilled in HRIS and Excel, with the ability to manage multiple projects and be comfortable in a fast paced, change based environment.
