A Financial Services client seeking an exceptionally strong HR Operations professional for a 12‑month FTC, with potential to extend or go permanent. This role needs someone who is technically excellent, detail‑driven and confident managing both BAU Ops and continuous process improvement.
The Role:
- Deliver high‑quality HR Operations support across the employee lifecycle
- Own and improve HR processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Work confidently across Workday and wider HR tools
- Manage tickets and workflow through ServiceNow, Jira or similar systems
- Use Excel and Power Automate to streamline reporting and automation
- Maintain a meticulous approach to data, documentation and compliance
