The predicted salary is between 60750 - 74250 Β£ per year.

Partnering with many of the world's most complex organisations, they are recognised as experts in their field and with a global workforce exceeding 50,000 employees, transformation is constant. Partnering with the President of the European business, and reporting to the Global People Director, you will drive performance, transformation and sustainable growth across the region.

Leading a team of ten, experienced in-country People Partners, you will deliver a high-impact people agenda that maximises workforce capability, engagement and output in line with business objectives. Operationally, you will lead on M&A integrations, cultural and organisational development initiatives and restructuring programmes ensuring alignment across the region to the local operating model.

The successful Head of People will have a progressive track record and be able to demonstrate experience in delivering a people strategy across multiple countries, in a matrix, commercial business environment. The Head of People will be skilled in building productive relationships with cross-functional business leaders, peers and employees and will be recognised for their skill in leading, and developing, experienced people teams.

Furthermore, the Head of People will be skilled in embedding culture that drives performance, be able to deliver change through people and be comfortable curating people plans that support business challenges. Naturally, this role requires a skilled People Partner who can coach and challenge business leaders (Board level).

Renumeration includes a base salary between 120,000 and 130,000, 25% bonus, car allowance, company benefits and three days working from home, although the Head of People will have to travel to Europe on average once per month, every two months.
