This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and well-established insurer at a senior leadership level, playing a pivotal role in shaping the compliance strategy and ensuring the organisation remains fully aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.
As Head of Compliance, you will hold responsibility for leading the compliance framework across the business, acting as a key adviser to the executive team and Board on regulatory matters. You will oversee the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of the compliance monitoring programme, ensuring robust systems and controls are in place to identify, assess and mitigate regulatory risks. Working closely with senior stakeholders across underwriting, operations, risk and finance, you will provide expert guidance on regulatory developments and their impact on the business. The role will also involve managing regulatory reporting requirements, leading compliance reviews and investigations where required, overseeing financial crime and AML frameworks, and promoting a strong culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
