A leading international bank is seeking a bilingual Branding & Administration Officer to join its London office. This is a varied role within the HR & Administration team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of corporate event coordination, branding initiatives and administrative support. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, external partners and Head Office, helping to enhance the bank's profile in the UK market while ensuring the smooth running of administrative activities.
Your new role
- Coordinating and delivering corporate events, conferences and external engagement activities
- Supporting branding, marketing and corporate image initiatives
- Liaising with external suppliers and stakeholders
- Preparing reports, presentations and communication materials
- Supporting visitor management and delegation visits
- Assisting with fixed asset management, archiving and general administration
- Providing wider support to the HR & Administration team as required
- Managing internal approvals and event logistics from planning through to delivery
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
- Previous administration, events or coordination experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Chinese business culture and experience working within the UK market
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Banking or financial services experience would be advantageous but is not essential
