Your new company is based in Redditch, Worcestershire. The salary is up to £35,000 per annum with working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Coordinator to join a successful and growing project-led business. You will work within a close-knit finance team of three and report directly to the Finance Director, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function.

This is a varied, hands-on position offering exposure across:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Subcontractor payments
  • Banking
  • Reconciliations
  • Project accounting activities

This role would suit a finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and operating within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. While the position is heavily focused on transactional finance and financial administration, there is also scope to develop further exposure to month-end processes and management accounting responsibilities over time.

Your new role includes managing day-to-day purchase ledger, sales ledger, and subcontractor accounts, as well as processing supplier invoices, payments, and expenses.
