A highly regarded global professional services firm is seeking an immediately available Interim Finance Manager to step into a critical, high-visibility role within its UK & Ireland finance function. This is a hands-on, high-impact contract at the centre of the finance team, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and can deliver from day one.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll take full ownership of core financial reporting and controls across a multi-entity, international setup:

  • Owning the monthly close journals, accruals, prepayments and full management accounts
  • Delivering robust P&L and balance sheet analysis with clear insight
  • Maintaining strong financial controls and reconciliation integrity
  • Leading the audit process and managing external auditor relationships
  • Preparing statutory financial statements end-to-end
  • Reviewing key expense areas including payroll and supplier costs
  • Supporting tax and regulatory reporting with external advisors

Requirements:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven ownership of month-end, management accounts and reporting cycles
  • Track record of managing audits and external stakeholders
  • Solid technical accounting (IFRS / UK GAAP) with statutory reporting exposure
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite / Oracle / SAP
