This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a highly respected business operating across international insurance and reinsurance markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll gain broad exposure across financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management accounting and insurance operations while playing a key role in supporting the company's continued growth.
They are seeking an ACA first mover out of a reputable Mid-Sized Accountancy Practice – with both audit & accounts preparation experience. They are open on the client base exposure.
The RoleKey responsibilities will include: Preparation of monthly management accountsSupporting statutory accounts, regulatory reporting and auditsPreparing board and management information packsOwnership of cash flow forecastingPayroll administrationQuarterly VAT returnsBank reconciliations and bookkeeping within XeroPremium and claims processing and reconciliationsClient money monitoring and reportingInvestigating and resolving funding and cash allocation issuesSupporting ad-hoc finance projects across the businessAbout YouWe're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate: Qualified accountant (ACA) trained in a Mid-Sized practice A background combining audit and accounts preparation experienceStrong Excel skillsExperience using Xero is a bonusExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsWhy Apply?
