The firm advises an impressive portfolio of entrepreneurial UK clients alongside a growing international client base, and is known for strong technical capability, a collaborative culture and continued investment in people and technology.
This newly created Director, Partner Designate role offers the opportunity to establish and lead a new Business Advisory Service, with a defined route into Partnership within 12-18 months. You will take ownership of client relationships, drive business development, build a team and work closely with the Managing Partner to shape the future of the firm. The role combines technical excellence, commercial leadership and strategic influence.
What you'll need to succeed:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (CTA / RI supported)
- Strong experience across statutory accounts, audit, tax and company secretarial work
- An existing client portfolio, with ambition to develop further
- Background from a mid-tier, independent or entrepreneurial firm
- A commercial, advisory-led mindset
- Leadership capability and cultural alignment
