Your new role Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from origination through to completion. Deliver financial due diligence assignments, including acquisitions, disposals, and management buyouts. Work closely with legal advisers, investors, and other transaction stakeholders. Build relationships with corporates, private equity firms, lawyers, and introducers. What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified. Strong track record of delivering mid-market M&A and financial due diligence engagements. Commercially minded with strong business development and relationship-building skills.
