This is a unique opportunity to shape how we build professional skills at scale, across communication, collaboration, digital fluency, problem-solving, commercial awareness, and personal effectiveness.
As Global Design Lead, you’ll define and embed a global core skills framework that supports how our people work, grow and perform every day. You will design practical, engaging and scalable learning experiences, partnering closely with regional learning teams, business leaders, and our global Experiences team to ensure content is relevant, modern and impactful.
- Design digital-first, blended learning journeys that can be scaled globally
- Partner with business leaders and regional teams to ensure global consistency with local relevance
- Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve learning solutions
- Bring innovation to how we learn, including AI-enabled tools, simulations and interactive content
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality learner experience across all core skills content
Experience in learning design, organisational development, or capability building.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience with digital and blended learning design.
