Your new role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged in learning and complete the work set by their teacher. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting the school's high standards of behaviour and achievement.
