What We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years' experience managing Hard Services FM contracts.Strong technical understanding of building services maintenance.Proven experience managing large commercial properties and FM contracts valued above 1.5m annually.Demonstrable experience managing budgets, P&L and commercial performance.Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a facilities management environment.Management qualification or equivalent leadership experience.Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
