Your new role
As Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing best-practice compliance frameworks and driving a strong compliance culture across the organisation. You\’ll lead compliance reviews, develop toolkits and playbooks, and provide advisory support to senior stakeholders. This role also involves delivering training, monitoring regulatory developments, and preparing reports for executive leadership.
What you\’ll need to succeed
- Degree in business, finance, legal or related field
- Professional compliance qualification (e.g., ICA)
- 3+ years\’ experience in compliance within a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Telecoms industry experience is advantageous.
