The company is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of UK payroll.Your new roleThis is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for the delivery of UK payrolls, Benefits Management and Reward Analytics within a global organisation.Payroll - Manage end-to-end delivery of UK payrolls, covering 100+ headcount and including the global HQ in London.Benefits Management - Manage end to end the vendors, brokerage, administration and communication for the UK private medical, life insurance, income protection, pensionReward analytics and modelling - support to the Group Head of Reward on various reward analyses, including CEO pay ratio, reward and benefits cost modellingWhat you'll need to succeed> Proven UK payroll experience with strong legislative knowledge> Experience managing employee benefits and vendor relationships> Strong reward, compensation and data analysis skills > Excellent stakeholder management, including senior executives> Strong attention to detail > CIPP/ICB qualification desirable> Experience within a complex international organisation preferredWhat you'll get in return> Competitive salary and benefits package.> Hybrid working arrangements - 3 days in the office/ 2 days from home.> Career development and progression opportunities.> Pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.> Exposure to payroll projects and system improvements.
