The business is now looking to grow through acquisition organically and their next target is to establish an MGA after rationalisation of the current book of business. Due to this substantial growth, they are now seeking a Permanent Senior Commercial Account Executive to join their team. Your new roleYour new job working as a Senior Commercial Account Executive handling the placement of largely real estate and construction risks, from inception to completion and manage a complex client book. Duties will include insuring clients along the developer journey from prior to site acquisition with legal indemnities and rights of light, through construction project insurance and into real estate insurance on completed assets. This job is heavily retail with only a small amount of wholesale business which falls on the property and real estate side of the business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling Property (split of Commercial and Residential), PI, Legal Indemnity, D&O and Commercial combined. What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Senior Account Executive will contribute to your success in securing this role. You'll be offered a competitive salary depending on experience. You will report directly to the MD and have direct supervision of two employees, plus a position of leadership over the rest of the team.
