We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader to work with and develop a team of 3 experienced recruiters alongside running an FS Operations or Compliance desk in Cheapside. You'll be stepping into a warm, reputable area of the business with loyal clients, consistent role flow and clear headroom for growth.
- Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, coaching and collaboration
- Lead consultants through structured development plans and performance frameworks
