Join a leading biopharmaceutical company as a Business Insights Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions within Oncology. You will be part of the UK Oncology Insights & Analytics team, delivering high-quality analysis and insights to support performance and strategy within the Breast Cancer space. You will combine epidemiology-based forecasting, market analysis, and research to generate actionable insights that drive competitive advantage and business impact.

Location: London (hybrid – three times per week on-site)

Rate: £500 per day

Contract Length: 6 months (with visibility to extend)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver robust epidemiology-based demand forecasts using multiple data sources to support strategic and financial planning.
  • Generate actionable insights across patients, customers, NHS stakeholders, and therapy areas to inform business decisions.
  • Design and execute market research projects to enhance understanding of the market and support brand strategy.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating findings into clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key challenges and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Proactively identify gaps, blind spots, and opportunities through data-driven insight generation.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company SOPs and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in analytics, insights, or data-driven roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven ability to synthesise complex datasets (including market research and performance data) into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex business environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of NHS, Oncology, or Breast Cancer is advantageous.
