Reporting to senior leadership and partnering closely with the wider HR team, this role sits at the heart of global benefits strategy and delivery. You’ll own the oversight and continuous improvement of benefits programmes across multiple regions. Working in a dynamic, change-led environment, you’ll drive effectiveness, compliance, cost efficiency and employee experience, while enhancing processes, data insight and benefits platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Procurement and external vendors to deliver compliant, competitive and employee-centric programmes globally, balancing global consistency with local market needs.
We’re looking for an experienced benefits professional from a complex, multinational environment, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced settings. Experience within professional services or consulting is essential.
