This popular City firm with a strong international presence is looking to hire an ambitious banking/debt capital markets lawyer to work on a variety of matters with a primary focus on DCM transactions representing banks, financial institutions, alternative lenders, issuers and corporates.
You will be dealing with complex capital markets (conventional and Sharia-compliant) and assisting with transaction management, from inception to close, including:
- Drafting transaction documents
- Drafting prospectuses
- Drafting listing documents
- Interacting with regulators and listing authorities
You will also be involved in general banking matters and structured products and derivatives mandates. Previous experience of UK, US, Singapore, Australian, Oman, Bahrain, UAE or KSA banking and/or debt capital markets work is essential. This position can be based in either their London, Dubai or Abu Dhabi office.
