Your new role: We are looking for a Baby Room Leader to join our team at our nursery in Hove. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and promoting children's early education and development
  • Planning and providing effective care
  • Making accurate and productive use of assessment
  • Developing effective and informed practice
  • Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety and welfare of children
  • Working in partnership with the key person, colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals.

What you'll need to succeed: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience working in a nursery setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for working with children and providing high-quality care and education. All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
