Overview
In this role you will lead architectural projects across education, residential and social housing, shaping delivery from feasibility to completion. You’ll work with the Architectural Director to grow the London office, manage client relationships, and drive new business and team development. Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects across education, residential and social housing
- Manage project delivery from feasibility through completion
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Support business development and win work
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to resource planning, project performance and team growth
- Assist with fee proposals, bids and tender submissions
- Act as project lead and client contact throughout delivery
Key requirements
- RIBA Part III qualified Architect
- Approximately 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Strong experience delivering education, residential and social housing projects
- Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows
- Experience managing projects and clients independently
- Commercial awareness including fee proposals and project financials
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
