ROLE: Asbestos Surveyor

HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week

LOCATION: London

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspection, management, refurbishment and demolition surveys in line with HSG264 and company procedures.
  • Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS accredited laboratories.
  • Produce accurate asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, offering specialist advice when required.
  • Liaise with Surveying Quality, Contracts, Projects Managers and Supervisors as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • BOHS P402 qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Commitment to delivering high standards while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
