Training & Curriculum Lead – Apprenticeships (IT Focus) London | Hybrid (3 days in office per week)

We’re building a new apprenticeship and emerging talent service line, and we need a Training & Curriculum Lead to design and deliver programmes that make a real impact. This role is about turning apprenticeship standards into practical, engaging training that helps businesses grow and learners succeed. Starting with IT and digital apprenticeships, you’ll create tailored curricula, deliver inspiring workshops, and ensure our programmes combine compliance with client needs.

We’re looking for someone who…

  • Has strong L&D / curriculum design experience, ideally in apprenticeships or corporate training.
  • Understands pedagogy and adult learning, and knows how to design engaging learning journeys.
  • Has experience building or delivering IT/digital training programmes.
  • Is pragmatic, client-oriented, and excited by the chance to shape and scale something new.
