This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their APC journey, having completed approximately their first year of APC training. Experience Required Graduate Surveyor currently undertaking APC. Around 12 months' post-graduate experience. Keen to progress towards MRICS qualification. Strong communication and client-facing skills. WorkloadThe successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied range of professional and agency instruction, including: Retail property instructions Investment work Complex office transactions Commercial agency matters Valuation and professional surveying work as required What They're Looking For Ambitious individual committed to achieving Chartered status.
