This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for investing in its peopleKey ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial management of multiple projects and frameworksProduce accurate cost reporting, forecasting and financial performance reviewsManage subcontract procurement, payments and final accountsAdminister contract requirements and ensure compliance with contractual obligationsReview, negotiate and agree variations and change controlsIdentify and manage commercial risks and opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal delivery teamsSupport operational teams with commercial guidance throughout project lifecyclesContribute to strategic business objectives and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouWe're keen to speak with commercially astute Quantity Surveyors who can demonstrate:Significant experience within infrastructure, civil engineering, utilities or energy sectorsStrong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial proceduresExperience managing subcontractor accounts and commercial negotiationsExcellent financial reporting and cost management capabilitiesStrong stakeholder management and client-facing skillsAbility to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary project teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelA proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awarenessWhat's on Offer?Competitive salary package, company vehicle or car allowance and a market-leading benefits scheme Interested?This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business delivering critical infrastructure projects that support communities, businesses and future growth across the UK.
